1. The continuous running time of CNC router should be less than 10 hours per day. Keep the cooling water clean and ensure the normal operation of the pump. The water spindle motor mustn’t be short of water, and the cooling water should be replaced regularly to prevent too high water temperature. In winter, if the working environment temperature is too low, the water in tank can be replaced with antifreeze.
2. Pay attention to cleaning of CNC router after every time use. Be sure to clean up the dust on the platform and transmission system. Lubricate and refuel the transmission system (X, Y, Z three axes) regularly (weekly). (Note: X, Y, Z three-axis polished rods is maintained with oil; high-speed butter is added to the screw; in winter, if the working environment temperature is too low, the PRTT ball screw, polished rod (square guide rail or circular guide rail) should be rinsed by gasoline first, then add the oil, otherwise the resistance in transmission part will be too large and will lead to the machine misalignment.)
Be sure to turn off the power when maintenance or inspect on the CNC machine appliance. Only perform after the monitor has no display and the main circuit power indicator is off.
3. Inspect all the fasteners on the engraving machine after using three months. Fasten the connecting screws on both sides of the gantry, the fastening screws of the screw nut, and the fastening screws on both sides of the motor.
